I have been baking my way through every recipe in this book and haven't found one yet that I don't like. Big, bold flavours that appeal to everyone. My Team are voting for their favorite cup cakes and then we will have a cook-off to determine the top recipe. Lots of fun tasting and cooking. I love the descriptions & photos of the recipes. I get so disappointed with fancy looking cupcakes where the flavour is only in the (overly sweet icing), I've never understood that.
I have already tried several of the recipes in this book and they are delicious! Also, its great that each recipe is significantly different.
Easy to follow instructions, great pictures, well formatted, kindle friendly book; its obvious that a lot of care has been put into the presentation & formatting as well as the recipes.
Love this cookbook so much. Such Great recipes. Easy to follow, and delicious results. What more can I ask for?
Exciting new cupcake recipes that are not in any of my other cupcake books!!! Check it out if you like yummy cakes.
I have two kids and wanted to try making some treats for them instead of just buying cakes in the supermarket where all sorts of additives etc. are used. As a relative beginner to the baking world I needed some simple recipes to start with and had a look online and found this book. It has a great selection of cupcake recipes which are written with a sense of humor which is a nice twist from the norm. The ingredients are simple so the kids could help and as the book suggests you don't need to have the best equipped kitchen to make any of these simple but surprisingly delicious cupcakes. It was a really fun way to spend a few hours and then the best part - enjoying the results.
